CCTV Inspector (the "Service") is provided by Ross & Sons Digital LTD(the "Seller", "we", "us"). By using the Service you enter into a contract with Ross & Sons Digital LTD.
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CCTV Inspector is a web-based operations tool for CCTV installers and maintenance companies, providing camera inventory, fault reporting, AI image checks, engineer scheduling, and service history.
You must be of legal age and, if signing up on behalf of an organisation, have authority to bind it. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding, remain with Ross & Sons Digital LTD.
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund details.
We work hard to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
